or Valuable Technologies Inc ("Valuable/ moviebeam") and have agreed to be bound
by the Terms and the Privacy Policy set out below. The Site/s are owned and operated
by Valuable/moviebeam.
- Use of Valuable/moviebeam Content
The User may retrieve and display Valuable /moviebeam Content on personal computer
and store such content in electronic form for its Users non-commercial use only.
The User are not allowed to download any material from the site, in the event where
the User downloads such content it shall tantamount to infringement of the copyrights
adhered to such content and Valuable /moviebeam shall be entitled for recover damages
from such User and such User shall have no recourse whatsoever.
Except as expressly set out above, the User shall not reproduce, modify or in any
way commercially exploit any Content or any of its part on the site/s, unless with
prior written permission of the Valuable /moviebeam.
No part of any Valuable /moviebeam publication or its Site/s shall be reproduced,
stored in or introduced into any retrieval system, or transmitted, in any form or
by any means, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording or otherwise without
the prior written permission of the copyright owners.
The User shall not reverse engineer, modify, decompile, disassemble or translate
the Content (whether for the purpose of error correction or otherwise).
The User shall not display the Content on a public bulletin board, any website,
chat room or by any other unauthorized means. Written materials provided in printed
or electronic form shall not be modified, adapted, translated, or used to create
derivative works without the prior written consent of Valuable /moviebeam.
All Intellectual Property Rights of the Content, design of the Sites and any material
emailed to the User/hotel owner remains the property of Valuable/moviebeam.
The User shall not use or reproduce any of Valuable /moviebeam’s Intellectual Property,
including any trademarks, registered or unregistered, for any reason without written
permission from Valuable /moviebeam
Any use of Valuable /moviebeam Content unless specifically permitted is expressly
prohibited. Requests for permission for personal use may be sent to our Customer

- Payment and Transactions
There may be from time to time opportunities to use the Sites to avail of the benefits/services
arising out of the program initiated by Valuable /moviebeam. If the User participates
in such program/service they are bound by the privacy policy, the terms and the
conditions for such program.
- Terms and Termination
Valuable /moviebeam may, at its discretion, terminate or suspend individual or group
or companies access to all or part of the Sites (including any right to access and
use Valuable moviebeam‘s Content) with or without reason by delivering notice to
the concerned User.
The right of termination is in addition to all other rights or remedies available
to Valuable /moviebeam as provided in these Terms or by Law.
- Changes to the Site
Valuable /moviebeam reserves the right, in its discretion, to suspend, change, modify,
add or remove portions of its Content available on the Sites at any time and to
restrict the use and accessibility of the Sites.
- Registration, Passwords and Responsibilities

The User agrees to immediately notify Valuable /moviebeam, if it becomes aware of
any loss or theft of any Username, password or ID or any unauthorized use of a Username,
password, ID, or any other login details.
Valuable /moviebeam reserves the right to monitor and record activity on the Sites,
including access to Valuable /moviebeam Content.

Valuable /moviebeam (its affiliates, its subsidiaries, its assigns) will not be
liable or deemed to be in default for any delay or failure in performance or interruption
of the delivery of Valuable /moviebeam’s Content resulting directly or indirectly
from any cause or circumstance beyond its or their reasonable control, including
but not limited to failure of electronic or mechanical equipment or communication
lines, telephone or other interconnect problems, computer viruses, unauthorized
access, theft, operator errors, severe weather, earthquakes or natural disasters,
strikes or other labour problems, wars, or governmental restrictions.
- Links to Third Party Websites The Sites may
contain links and pointers to Internet sites maintained by third parties. Valuable
/moviebeam does not operate or control in any respect any information, products
or services on such third party sites. Links are provided solely for the convenience
of the User, and do not constitute any endorsement by Valuable /moviebeam and/or
its suppliers. The User assumes sole responsibility for use of third party links
and pointers.
- Miscellaneous
Changes to these Terms
Valuable /moviebeam may, at its discretion, change these Terms (including those
relating to your use of the Sites and/or the Valuable /moviebeam’s Content). When
the Terms are changed, Valuable /moviebeam will notify you by email or by publishing
details of those changes by including them in these Terms.
Rights of reply
If at any time any User have any issue, complaint or comment to make about the Content
featured within the Sites they can contact our contact person/ editor.
Advertising and Third Party Content

and other content providers are responsible for ensuring that material submitted

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid by a court of competent
jurisdiction, Valuable /moviebeam shall amend the invalid provision in such reasonable
manner as achieves the intention of the parties without illegality, or at Valuable
/ moviebeam's discretion such provision may be severed from this agreement and the
remaining provisions shall nevertheless remain in full force and effect.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. The parties irrevocably agree
that the courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute,
which may arise out of, under, or in connection with these Terms and conditions
as envisaged herein. Any cause of action of the aggrieved party, if any, in respect
of the terms and conditions of this policy may be filed in a court of competent
jurisdiction in Mumbai, India.
